Errbody Loves a Parade. And Cookies

Last week we ended with The Boy driving equipment in the big Floyd County Christmas Parade. We saved those pictures for this week, so's not to overwhelm the reader. You're welcome.

As is tradition, after the parade, we all came home and decorated the Christmas tree.

The DT's got into the spirit. For a few minutes, anyway.
Later in the week, Lawman started whipping up big batches of cranberry juice. Cranberries are priced to move this time of year.

He made a little over five gallons this week. We would like to do five gallons every payday until we have enough to last us the whole year.
One night for dinner, Cupcake made ribs and used molasses in the recipe. Lawman thought to himself, while we have molasses out of the cabinet, why not whip up a batch of The Outlaw's favorite cookie?

We're sure he gets scratch made cookies at his house too

Saturday the 3rd was the DT's birthday, so we whipped up a batch of home made from scratch doggie treats to celebrate. The recipe called for whole wheat flour, peanut butter and pumpkin. They really enjoyed them.

We ended the week with the final presents being wrapped and a couple of well earned naps.
